Sulfur-Proof Coating for Siver-Wire

The anti-sulfur coating for keyboards is a transparent, high-solids conformal coating specifically designed for screen printing and assembly processes in membrane keyboards. It is an acrylic-based polymer solution that, after high-speed screen printing and curing, forms an adhesive structure parallel to the circuit on polyester films. This coating offers anti-sulfurization properties, protecting metal traces from sulfur compound corrosion, thereby enhancing the reliability of membrane keyboards.
