EO404U is a UV-curable conformal coating based on acrylic resin. It is solvent-free and has low viscosity, making it suitable for both single UV curing and dual curing (UV + moisture). Under UV exposure, it cures rapidly. In shadowed or non-illuminated areas, curing is completed through ambient moisture at room temperature. Once cured, EO404U forms a dense protective film that provides: electrical insulation, dust resistance, moisture protection and chemical resistance. It is ideal for protecting circuit boards in electrical and electronic devices.
