OpticPB® 28D Series is an outgas-dissipating optically clear adhesive (OCA) designed for E-paper displays and optical module bonding applications. Featuring a low modulus design, it provides excellent conformability to optical structures and foreign particles, improving lamination quality and display stability.
The product offers superior air release performance, effectively reducing bubble entrapment during lamination and mitigating bubble and delamination issues caused by outgassing of rigid plastic components under high-temperature conditions. It is suitable for front light modules and light guide plate (LGP) bonding in E-paper applications, and has been validated through Amazon Dashboard testing to ensure reliability in real-world use.
