OpticPB® 17E Series is a thick optically clear adhesive (OCA) designed for industrial control displays and outdoor applications. It is suitable for full lamination of touch display modules (LCM) with metal frames. Available in thicknesses of 500 μm and 1000 μm, it effectively accommodates structural tolerances and enhances bonding stability and mechanical reliability.
The product offers excellent heat resistance and UV resistance, enabling reliable performance under harsh industrial and outdoor environments. It has been validated through DIN-75220 automotive weathering tests, ensuring long-term durability. Typical applications include industrial panel PCs, POS systems, and outdoor display devices.
