OpticPB® 378 Series is a dual-stage UV-curable optically clear adhesive (OCA) designed for full lamination of IPS LCD touch displays. Featuring a low modulus design, it effectively reduces bonding stress and prevents mura defects and uneven display caused by post-lamination stress.
The product offers excellent air release and gap-filling capability, improving lamination yield and process stability. After bonding, a secondary UV curing step enhances material integrity, delivering improved reliability and durability. With excellent heat resistance and validated by DIN-75220 testing, it is suitable for consumer electronics and high-end display applications.
