OpticPB® 285 Series
Heat Resistance & Gas Dissipate Automotive OCA
OpticPB® 285 Series is an optically clear adhesive (OCA) specifically designed for automotive displays, suitable for full lamination of touch display modules (PMMA/LCM). It features excellent air release performance, effectively reducing bubble entrapment during lamination and improving yield and display quality.
The product also offers high adhesion strength and excellent optical transparency. With a higher moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) than conventional products, it helps mitigate bubble formation and delamination issues caused by outgassing from rigid plastic substrates (such as PMMA and PC) under high-temperature conditions. In addition, it provides outstanding heat resistance, ensuring long-term reliability in harsh automotive environments.
