Liquid Metal

Liquid metal is a low-melting point alloy that is liquid at room temperature. It has excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. Liquid metal is non-volatile and is a thermal interface material with high thermal conductivity.

Liquid metal is a liquid with high surface tension and is difficult to be applied uniformly on the surface of the heat source. Through surface-modified liquid metal (hereinafter referred to as liquid metal paste), the surface tension can be significantly reduced, becoming an easy-to-spread liquid metal paste, which can greatly improve the production efficiency and reliability of electronic components.
