This month’s Chytech Growth Camp invited Tai Tsao, a distinguished expert with a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Specializing in change leadership and organizational culture consulting, Tai Tsao is the Asia lead for Meeteor Management Consulting, responsible for change management and client project planning and implementation.

Through various group interactions, the teacher guided participants to not only rediscover themselves but also see a new version of themselves from a third-person perspective.

The session introduced many new perspectives on team collaboration and organizational performance.

Through hands-on activities during the session, the course also helped the company identify organizational processes that could be further optimized.

Whether it’s internal discussions and task allocation within the team or external communication and collaboration with other organizations.

The course facilitated direct discussions and exchanges with participants on various practical aspects.
