PVC-base Dicing Tape
The acrylic PVC tape is suitable for application in wafer dicing and package saw manufacture. The adhesive shows stable adhesion on glass at indoor condition, sensitive to UV-light, easily removable after exposure of 365nm LED. The base film of the tape is flexible polyvinyl chloride, good extensibility with blue and colorless options.
