PO-base Dicing Tape
The acrylic PO tape is suitable for application in wafer and package dicing manufacture. The adhesive shows stable adhesion on glass at indoor condition, sensitive to UV-light, easily removable after exposure of 365nm LED. The base film of the tape is flexible polyolefin with three thickness options.
